alright, so my positive wire riped out for some reason so me and my dad installed a new one. So we put it on, and the nutral light turns on and nothing. The selinoid just clicks and the light goes off. If i move it around it turnes back on, but it does the same thing. It has a new selinoid and everything seems right but still nothing. Any idea what the problem is?

Your battery might be dead or the wire could have bad connection
Charge the battery and clean the terminals then see what happens

If that doesnt work turn the key on and and killswitch to run and take a screwdriver and stick it between the 2 sides of the solenoid it will spark and should fire up

Ive had the same problem a good many times with my 400s over the years, usally its just something stupid but try that stuff and let us know how it works out

Mine does the same thing. Clean the terminals/ tighten up bolts and you should be good. If you hold the wire so that it puts the connection in a bind it should start. Almost everytime mine dies I have to lean back and reach for the cable and hold it while I hit the starter.
