lightened flywheel

Does anyone know who i can get to lighten and balance a flywheel on my 2007 450R.

Why do you want to make it lighter? The 07 450r using the CFR style flywheel which is already a lot lighter than the 04 05 ones. You can try ricky stator or trail tech. You could contact some engine builders like sparks racing or baldwin motorsports and they may be able to direct you to somebody who can do this for you.
