boost gauge?

ok where would you hook a boost gauge up to on the turbo? I'm helping a buddy put one on and were not sure where to put it.

T it off a vacuum line.

i used a pipe thread tap and a brass fitting into the aluminum intake elbow

Yep, but a manifold vacuum source is the best, not just any vaccuum source.
