drove a 250r for the first time

i finally finished my build and got my bike running yesterday. It was a diffrent feeling from other 2 strokes iv ridden it seemed to viberate alot but im not sure if that was the engine or my tires. i was driving on pavement. she was spinning the tires pretty good without the powerband lot of bottom end.
i lined up the counter balancer with the dots but still viberation is that normal?

The 250r engine should not vibrate enough to even mention.

Did you line up all 3 marks?

maybe check all your motor mounts to make sure they are all tight?

If the counter balancer is not in correctly it will vibrate to hell.
