OK Anybody have any ideas?
07 ER with 05 Carb
Built head and 13.5-1 compression
180 main
48 pilot
Ran fine for 5 races
started breaking up after fifth race
pulled carb and bowl was dirty
cleaned entire carb reassembled and reinstalled
Would not take throttle from mid and higher
stumbled, popped, backfired and OCCASIONALLY would break through in second gear ONLY and pull
