Is there any way to fix this picture?

My friend took this picture of me riding yesterday and I really like it and I think it would look awesome if it wasnt so blurry. I tried "sharpening" it with a few different programs and it didnt help much. Anyone on here know of any way to make it clearer??

Pictures are like recordings, you can’t recover what is not there. Sorry that it came out blurry, just take some more pics and maybe one of them will be what you’re looking for.

Yeah i didnt know if photoshop or any other programs could make it a little better. I guess I'll have to wait untill next weekend and try it again
