New to the ds

Got the stuff that i wanted done to my new ds and now im going to be racing it for the season. Is there anything i should be checking specifically before each ride such as bolts or anything that you may of came across that come loose easily. And for the synthetic suspension grease:how many pumps of grease should i inject on the a arms and rear linkage? Thanks for any info.

blaster99 on here says to check all of your nuts and bolts before riding.. check them often and your quad should be reliable.
