ideas for cleaning the inside of exhaust?

hey guys, i just got my motor put back together on my 440ex. i was wondering if anyone knew any good ways to cleanthe carbon build up out of the header.

heat it with a torch, run solvent threw it ether way works well dont try them at the same time tho

i like to heat the pipe up and then spray water through. the rapid contraction usually breaks the carbon free. ive never done it on one of those pipes though, only 2 stroke expansion chambers
