Let’s have a thread for our brave soldiers that serve this great country and continue the fight for our freedom that we hold so dear.

If you have pictures please post them up so we can see and honor them.

To those who have or are serving, Thank You! Your protection of our freedoms and this country are greatly appreciated.

To those who are sitting, or have sat, at home waiting for your loved ones to return, Thank You! I can only imagine the wait and worry you have had.

To those of you who have lost your hero, please know their and your sacrifice is appreciated.

May those who have died for our freedoms bask in the glorious embrace of GOD.

GOD bless America and those who defend her! May the hand of GOD protect and guide the troops and bring wisdom to their leaders.

Memorial weekend and 63 views and no responses to honor those who have served and are serving.

This is disgraceful.

In all respects, some have families and plans to go away for teh weekend. And since you wanted to know what is so important that I, a verteran of the U.S. Army was doing instead of watching posts all weekend... Here it is:

I thought about that until I saw that many people were viewing and posting on other subjects but not this one.
They were more concerned with arguing with some punk and dumb crap like that.
It would seem to me if you had time to post on other subjects, then on memorial weekend the least one could do is stop in and say thanks to the veterans. They had the time they just didn’t care. If they stopped in to look at the post then why did they not post up?
63 views and no responses is just disgraceful if you ask me.
I think the very least we can do is recognize them for what they do.
There the ones that gave us this freedom that “apparently” most of us take for granted.

I posted the same thing on another site and got over 120 responses to it in just the first day. I can now see what’s more important to most of you that looked but did not respond.

SHAME!!!! SHAME!!!! SHAME!!!!

Now it's 176 views and just 5 responses.
Where is your patriotism?
Are you an American?
Where is your pride?

thanks to all that serve.

Only two people have every offered to die for everyone.

Jesus Christ died for our sins

US Soldier died for our freedom.

I was in a resterant resently when a soldier and his young wife walked in...I live in a small town the when he got ready to pay he only had a debit card..I knew the owners real well (my son was actully working there that night) So I slid the money across the bar and they handed him his card back. It really made his day, he told me that he had two more weeks and he was headed back to Afganastan. I told him I was a verteran of the first gulf war and we apreciate what he does.
