LRD closed??!!

I was getting ready to ship my LT250R cylinder to them. Tried calling, nothing but busy signal. Tried checking out their web page, says unavailable... Checked them out on their Facebook page, someone on there commented a couple weeks ago about going to LRD's shop, seeing a sign that they shut down, looking for a new buyer! Can anyone confirm this, or is it old news?

I haven't heard anything , but that sucks. LRD built some killer motors. I had one in ym LT250r and the thing ran like a raped ape.

im pretty sure Arlen (Arlen Lehman, Lehman Research and Development) sold the name a while ago and started his own company LED, so whoever is running LRD now isnt the LRD everyone remembers from years ago...


still sad to hear....

maybe they will be like Laegers and just close for a short period and reopen

Arlen is open, as LED performance, he is the motor builder, so if you need anything give him a call 503-522-2465, he builds good stuff
