Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum and I was hoping to get some advice from you.

My daughter's 07 LTZ 90 stopped running yesterday and I've traced it down to having no spark at all. The fuse is good and I don't see anything wrong with the wiring.

I'm open for any suggestions!

Thanks,

Mark

we had two LTZ 90's. Never had a problem with that. With no kill tether it may be in the on/off switch on the handle bar or the key switch. if not, then probably in the stator/coil, plug wire ect... sorry cant be more help. Ours never had problems...

Starter relay? if your getting no spark follow from plug to starter relay(IF it has one) or where the wire goes you,ll find it.

On ours we had the cdi box go out. Allen at CT Racing has the adjustable Dynatek cdi that really works good with their pipe and clutch set-up.

I replaced the battery, but I didn't think about the starter relay as it's been turning over well. I'll look for that and trace the wires. Nice to see Prince Frederick in here, I live in Hughesville.

The CDI box makes a high pitched humming sound when I turn the key on. It's always done that, but I'm not sure if that means it's working.
