3/2 offset refers to backspacing on a wheel. Your front wheels are 10x5. 10" in diameter and 5" wide. The 3/2 tells you backspacing. you have 3" from the back of the wheels to the center and 2" from the center to the face. a 3/2 offset wheel will make your quad a little wider in the front because a stock wheel is a 4/1 offset, meaning 4" from the back of the wheel to center and 1" from the center to the outside lip. And yes they will be ok on your quad. most people like a 3/2 because its a cheap way to make your quad a little wider. racers tend to like the 4/1 offset better because it keeps the tire over the hub and spindle more reducing bump steer and twitchiness in the front end and with wider a-arms you gain width that way instead of with the offset wheels. hope this helps.
