416 mid- topend pull?

im wondering if i have a 416 kit, ported for mid- topend, stage 1 cam, no airbox, hmf pipe, jeted, kibblewhite valve setup wil my 400ex will pull hard in mid through topend range, and i mean hard? and also how good will this bike do in long steep hillclimbs? can i tractor up the hills?

run a stage 2 and you will be much better off to go with the mid to top port and polish. I dont think you would be happy with a stage 1 in there if you want mid and top end. if you were going for extreme low and mid then the stage 1 would be your best bet with the 400 carb. the 450 carb will be a great addition to the mid and top end cam and p&p especially since it has a very nice increase in mid and top end. steve
