trail tech hids?

any body got trail tech hid lights on their quads? im thinking about getting hid lights for my quad. are hids better than halogens?post pics if u own trail tech lights

They are supposed to be much better... I was going to get the shock mounted ones but since I don't ride at night that much I can't justify spending that much on lights.... my halogen shock-mounted ones are in the mail.

I have a HID on my dirtbike. I bought one for a truck/car that used the same type of bulb. My headlight uses h4 bulbs. You need DC to be able use HID's. DDM tuning seams to be the place to buy HID's from. I used a 35w hid low and I switched to a 55w hi/low hid, its insanely bright. You need to remove the reflector from the bulb for it to be any good in a dirtbike/atv lens.
