Did someone replace the banjo bolt with a regular bolt?

Yes it has a hole drilled in it through the middle and the side to let the oil flow through it. Its just like a brake caliper bolt. There is one on each end of the line. A regular bolt will just plug off the hole and smoke the cams in minutes.

If oil blows out the oil filter housing and doesnt go up a clean tube you must have such low oil pressure it cant push up a 1 foot rise. Do you have the filter in backwards? Is there enough oil in the engine? What brought you to check the tube anyway? kind of an odd thing to do. remove the filter use a new one or none at all to verify its not plugged. But even if it was it has a relief valve in it.
