where can I get the tool to seperate the frame on 700r

It looks like they didn't want you to seperate the frame on the 700sr so they use a saftey star drive. Does anyone know where to get the tool?

Its a tamper proof Torx bit. I'm not sure on the size but you should be able to get it at Sears.
