Can you guys guide me in the right direction as to where to buy these? They seem much more functional that the custom scoops im running now.

Those are RTC scoops and are no longer made. I remember seeing the guys contact info somewhere on the net but have no clue where. Its seems most people either REALLY like them, or REALLY hate them. I run a set on my Z400 and love them.

Basically. They're pretty hard to find, even used. I got lucky and found a set moderately priced in a part out about a year ago.

Dude, you can make your own with a sheet of aluminum and a table vise. I made my own scoops, although not like those. The scoops you want look to be one piece. Start with some cardboard to make templates and then when you're happy with how they look, trace the template to the aluminum. I spent about $12 and a few hours from start to finish on mine. People think I bought them from a manufacturer. Good luck...

I had the exact same idea. yesterday i tried making my own with cardboard templates and everything, i was going to make them out of checker boards aluminum. would have looked sweet, but i couldnt get them to look even a little normal and they would have kept hitting the shock. Where are they supposed to mount?

Im already running air scoops, i just love those and want to replace mine. Here is a crappy pic from a few months back before more recent mods.
