1997 300 EX for sale or part out

I have a 1997 300EX that I bought as a build project and then found a race ready quad a few days later so I want to get this out of my way. I have not tried to start the engine because I was going to get it rebuilt anyway but it is loose. The plastics are about as bad as any I have seen. One tie rod end is bad and it needs new axle bearings. It is complete except for the drive chain. I removed the motor the day I found the other quad and reinstalled it. $300 for whole quad or let me know what you need. I am in central VA. Oh yea, i forgot...it is a little beat up on the left side of swingarm but it has a Lonestar bearing carrier.
