ok i am a newbie so can yall explain wut jet to use in north carolin and also how to change them on a atep to step basis

If you are talking about a 400ex, there are several good threads about jettinng in the FAQ section.

You will just have to experiment with the jetting, because every 400 seems to like something different. I'm pretty sure there are threads in the FAQ for all three jetting circuits (pilot, needle, and main) We also don't know what mods you have done to your 400.

i got a wb r4 and a k&n filter and dynojet but i don't know how to put jets in

yes i did so can someone tell me where to go on the 400 to get to the jets amd change them plz cause i just put a new plug in and it didn't work

Any atv dealer should have just about all of the main jets in stock.
