A Doberman came walking up unleashed and Gauge never paid any attention to it which made me very happy. I was just as happy it was a nice Dobbie, I would have shot it if it hadnt been.

Gauge did great on his blind retrieves. He knew the bumper was out but had to work around brush to even see the water. He impresses me every trip out!

Gauge Remington Hill turned 1 today! Happy Birthday!

His ear has healed well, and his nose is doing pretty good. I worked him a bit today seeing our season opens here on wednesday.
