In a nutshell. New factory yamaha frame from 2008. Motor was bought from an NEATV pro rider in 2008 after one race, he switched motor builders. All other parts were purchased new last season. I spent this winter ripping it apart and going through the whole thing. Brand new axle carrier, new battery box, new shift lever, new heim joints, new bushings. I made sure it was 100% ready for this year. I raced 2 NEATV races and have aggrivated a prior injury to my shoulder. I am going to be giving it a break for a year or two and dont want to see the bike sit.
I love this bike. The fully built sparks motor makes this the hardest pulling bike I have ever been on. My family owns a Polaris dealership and ive been riding sno-x., grass drags, and quad mx for a while and ive gotten the chance to ride some fast things but this is definately one of the fastest quads ive been on.
The bike is currently in my garage being polished up and cleaned and gone through. I am going to replace a knuckle, I noticed it looks cracked near the tie rod end. Being a mechanic full time and always being involved at the dealership I like selling something knowing theres not going to be any problems down the road, and i also take pride in something ive spent my time on.
Dont hesitate to email me with questions. No I am not parting it out. It may come to that but im months away from thinking about doing it. I dont mind local people comming to check it out and I can bring it to the fields to let you try it out if your serious. If you need it delivered I can always arrange that depending on distance if i can personally deliver it, or we could arrange shipping as well. I work at an equipment dealer so we constantly have freight companies at work so shipping wouldnt be a huge issue.
