i've already made my mind up but listen to this... i'm trying to sell my 05 cr 250r. i have it listed on here for sale. i had a guy call me tonight and said he wanted the bike real bad. guess he tried to buy it when i was picking it up. well he saw i wanted to trade for a quad. he bought his wife an 08 kfx450r and she's afraid of it,so it's collecting dust. the quad is paid off and has like 10-11 hours on it, still like new. he wants my bike and told me to give him $500.00 and we'ld have a deal!!! what would you guys do? while i'm not a huge kawi fan...i don't think i can pass this up..

Are you kidding me? Why are you even hesitating? I would jump on that in a heartbeat! The KFX450 is one of my favorite 450's, and that's coming from someone who usually likes Yamaha the most.

The reason the KFX450 is my favorite, is the ergonomics. When you sit on it, everything just seems perfectly placed and so nice. As soon as I rode my friends, I was in love. Just everything about the feel of it felt good.

Sure, it's one of the slower ones out of the box, but it's still based off the 450 dirt bike motor, and we all know how powerful they are. Just some stuff to wake it up and it's a different quad.

I personally am not a big Kawi 450 fan, but you're a fool if you don't do that, if only to resell it later, It's worth a lot more than a 5 year old bike.
