Xtreme Tie Rod Ends

What are you guys doing for tie rod ends? Just ordering Xtreme heims or is there an alternative? What about the heims for the stock a-arms?

We never replaced ours even though we probably needed to until we got our ChassisInc arms. The stock heims are not very strong.
