Ok I'm buying 4wheelmx's +4 set of arms so... I won't be needing my +3's. They are in great shape no dents or dings. Chrome is the original and still in pretty damn good shape. I considered re doing it but it just didn't seem like it needed it after I polished them out.
These were from Dana Creech's bike when they were doing the stadium mx races. They are mx tubing but have swaybar mounts. This is a rare set of really nice a arms. I'll sell them just as 4wheelmx was, upper and lower arms with tierods. No spindles no stem. Yes they are LT and I will get a pic up tonight.
Thanks
Mike

Haha 425.00 for a complete protrax with spindles? Are you tired or smoking something.. Sorry just messing with ya but no. That is just for the a-arms and tierods. Thanks
Mike
I do have a complete walsh Lt front end +3+1, chrome uppers, with billet spindles, 250r caliper adapters, heavy duty tierods, and walsh +1 stem though. 800.00

I charged up my camera so here is the other side of the arms that are forsale. I'll take best offer. I can't believe I haven't had more hits on these.

Not to be off topic, but are you planning on running +4 a-arms on that wide front frame?

I was wondering the same thing, Would you be like 52" wide?

I wish I had the money for that Walsh setup, I'd jump on it for sure.

yes that is the plan. And no it will be 49" because I run shamrocks, right now I sit at 47" I want it wider. The protrax was really built to run 3+2 wheels so it sits narrow now. My arms measure I think 16.5 center to center these are 17.5.. should be perfect. The walsh is a sick frontend I wouldn't sell it but I don't plan on building another and this one is all laeger.

What is your desired ride height with you on it in full gear, front and rear? How much negative camber are you planning to run? I take it you are running 4+1 wheels? Where are you measuring the 17.5 from exactly?

haha 20 questions? The measurements were just to make sure I was only gaining +1 on each side... I'll probably run 1.5-2.0 Degrees. I'd like to see mx ride height around 7-7.5. I'm a bit high in front with the 4+1s and the +3 arms (throws my shock setup off a little) We will just have to wait till friday when they arrive and I'll let you all know if it went as planned.

Lol. Yeah I know. I was just curious to see how this setup was going to pan out. I don't think I've seen anyone run +4 a-arms on a wide front frame, even with 4+1 wheels. Keep us posted.

Believe it or not, Alot of the guys that used to run the wide frame laegers, ran +4 arms on them for MX. Ive had a few of them like that over the years also. The still come up just a hair over 49" that way with a 4in1 wheel. Heres a pic of one of my old laeger yzf's with the wide front and +4 arms. Ill try to find better pics of some of the quads for you.

Thanks jrspawn. I knew sooner or later you would chime in with either good or bad news.. It all made sense to me in theory. I think it will be a great setup. I dont want to start an arguement with anyone. But when I talked to Mark Leager about a month ago on the phone and asked why the hybrid frame I have is not narrow. He explained that the reason for the narrow frame was due to lack of shock technology basically, and for all the reasons we all know and believe. But as shocks evolved and became better it didn't have as many benefits and the roll in corners was a downside. So they went back to a wide frame. I don't want 3+2 wheels..so this is my solution to the 47" ft. end and I'm glad I jumped on it. I know its not a 250r guys.... as nobody in this forum jumps at the sight of my crf sitting in the chassis. But I didn't butcher an R frame so don't get your panties in a bunch. It will be the best 4 stroke R out there. Come on its fuel injected... Honda hasn't even released theirs even though I know its sitting waiting....

+4 on a wide frame :-D:devil:

I ran +4's with a narrow frame an 3+2. I've never ran 4+1 wheels lol.

Ok this thread has been jacked all to hell. But these arms are still FORSALE! again +3+1 with swaybar mounts. (they are built with mx tubing though.) No dents or dings anywhere they come with arms and tierods only. Was asking 425.00 I'll take best offer.
