Ive totally wore out my wiseco 11;1 440 cracked sleeve pistons scored to hell rings are virtually flush with piston so I gotta get all the parts to get it back together , Im gonna clean oil tank & all lines & look for obstructions etc. my question is do the 400 ex oil pumps known to wear out is there a bench test or certain psi . I should see out of it I want to make sure oil is ok before putting it all back together again
also has anyone resleeved their 440s with a sleeve other than a Wiseco ? & have you guys had any trouble with other sleeves ? Ive seen some on ebay for $77.00 but since I have a Wiseco in my cyl. I might be stuck with it or get a cyl. as well & build whatever I want any ideas ??? ... Thanks ..... Dave
