Hello, I am selling a 2008 DRR liquid cooled 2-stroke 90 mini racing quad. Full auto. Quad has less than 20 hr's riding time max and it shows. The titie bumps are still on tires.

We were going to race it but it never happened and we switched back to 2 wheelers so we could hare scramble together. This quad is set up for the experienced rider and is very fast. Width is 44" wide and has full size atv tires on it. These are built and sold mostly for MX or XC racing. There are basically 3 makes of mini quads that are competitive in this area. Cobra is the atv of choice if $$ is no object ($6-$8k ouch!) then there are Apex and DRR. The apex and drr are almost identical. There are also some modded Honda 90's out there, but have a hard time keeping up with the 2 strokes and when they are competitive they have about $5k in them.

This machine has had a few upgrades where absolutely necc, XRF rear and belly alum skid plates, Pro Armor tether, ZTR Chain tensioner, and it runs direct from the coil. all unneeded elect stuff removed, Battery, starter, wire harness, lights. I do have all the OE stuff still and it can be re-installed in about an hour.

I modded the frame at the front sprocket area to make the much needed room for the chain. These small quads are notorious for the chain eating through the frame at the front sprocket area. It seems to me they never allowed enough room for chain when the rear suspension gets compressed. I removed a small section of frame and then installed a notched piece of tubing around that area. This eliminates the need for adding then constantly replacing rollers to avoid damage. We did the work at my friend’s race car chassis shop. This area is shown in the video and the photos (by far the best mod I could have ever done, eliminating a lot of headache and it was free!)

I never got around to adding nerfs.

Condition is excellent and starts on first kick. There is a small rip in seat.
The Go fast and OEM support for these quads are everywhere. Search for DRR or Apex quads and you will see. I prefer Hetrick motorsports, g-forcepowersports.com or hotquads.com.

Retail on these are $2700, I paid $2400 not even a year ago. I spent another $500 on it. I do have the orig MSO for this bike.

If he or she is under 13 yrs and you want them to go fast for under $2k,....look no further.
