Who said American cars couldn't handle on a track? And I remember a lot of people saying Corvettes didn't handle as good as exotics.:cool:

too bad all the european supercars are using GM type shocks to improve handling. the same shocks that are on the vette and CTS-V are on ferrari and lambos.

lol yea cuz gm put them on the cts since they had been proven good enough for the exotics lol. not bashing gm. they got some great cars. but alot of what went into the zr1 was from things they had previously learned by looking at the other super cars.

That one looks a little faster than my old 1985. She ran out of steam at around 4000rpm. The one in video looked like he didnt even get into it until 5000.LOL Of course I bet you cant get a trailer hitch for quad hauling on the newer ones.

GTR isnt an exotic or a sports car.

I would like to just ride in the passenger seat during that lap, but I would add another 200lbs to the car so the lap time might be a tad slower lol.

very true. if i remember right the Ferrai 575 is damn near identical when it comes to wheelbase and width. the cars also have around the same amount of horsepower. the cars even kind of look alike.:huh

They just did what any sensible group of humans would do..

Learn from past experience, put it with new technology, and build a better car.. I think every car manufacturer since Henry Ford has looked to other automobiles for inspiration..

You think all these vehicles just materialized out of thin air? They had to have a model to go off of and make improvements to..:chinese:
