440's finally running again

had a heli-coil put in the oil tank
new exhaust stud
new rear end bearings
but i cant ride it cause of my crash :(


buddy took it for a ride today, said it was crazy lol
his first words " wow dude this ****er doesnt like to catch traction


he was scared to give er full throttle :)

What fuel do you run in your motor????

Is the bigger oil tank the only thing you have to aid in cooling? If it is, how does it work and what brand is it? Thanks.

I couldn’t see the vid, but I’m glad to here it’s running so well. I just upgraded my mother board and I’m still uploading all the up dates and drivers and soft wear so I’m sure that’s why I can’t se the vid.
I have a +1 oil tank and love it, a must for a built motor.

Does it keep it pretty cool with just the oil tank or is it needing the fan too?

any 440 is going to run into heat

so the more you do the better

Very true steve181. i am making air scoops soon out of checker plate steel. how well does it cool the engine and all, is it noticeable??

oh yah, i would like to get a pair for my 440... maybe plastic red ones

Another thing im doing to help my 440 is wrap the header with header tape, keep the heat in, that way it dosent radiate to the oil tank or engine....

ya i think i talked to u about it before and i had 2500 but u turned it down so i bought a diff 400ex anyway haha

It doesnt matter how many times i sell one of my 400exs i cant seem to get away from them i juz miss it after i sell it so i get another one
