Looks like you need to go to the dunes from there, nice R!
im mid 4th gear at the end of the track.. thinking about a 36 tooth rear sprocket...already added a tooth in front...so at this moment im running 16/39....16/36 should increase top speed through 3rd and 4th gear? and put me at top speed in 4th?....

First thing you should do is change your tire to a 22"..Those look like 20" in on pic and dirt tires in another. I see a billit bowl but cant see any PJ's...how many PJ's you running? You could ditch those dune trackers for some lighter front smooth buffs...

I think your geared to high.. on the drag banshees we run 13 / 44.. you want to be at the end of your final gear at the finish line.. the lower you gear it the quicker you will get through your gears.
they are 22's...the front are old school...already on my list...pj's?

pj = power jet
id get some 450r hubs and spindles that will shave some weight down too

I dont know ANY drag banshee's running that small of gear....
My banshee runs 17-41
On an alky motor with that cc, you can run a 16 front no problem, but I would look to lighten your chassis some where ever possible.
