bye bye baffels... jetting?

took the baffels out of my factory SS pipe on my dvx tonight. sound sooo sick. wondering if i need to re-jet it now that i took the baffels out?? and im gunna alternate putting the baffels in depending where im riding... can i just keep switching it with no harm to carb/jet or engine?

imo you should not have to unless it was jetted on the lean side from the factory to meet emissions. I dont think that enough flow would result to make a significant difference, if anything you may have to go up one jet size to compensate. Just see how it runs, if there is any popping or anything unusual check into it a bit cause it may be lean. steve
