Sick unit, i have a question for you, i wanna cut my plastics like that but im affraid of screwing up. Whats the best thing to use to ensure there is no mess ups?

Can't say that it'll ensure that there are no mess ups but I use a 4 ½ “ grinder with a 1mm thick cutting disc to roughly cut the excess off, then dress them up with a 80grit flap disc on the grinder and/or a power file. Finally I’ll scrape the edge with the side of a Stanley knife blade to restore the factory look on the cut edge.
