wanted: Any go faster parts for 06' 450r

I have a friend getting spanked by a almost stock ltr and he is getting tired of it so he has cash and wants to go faster. He does mostly field riding and drag racing. used parts will be fine. looking for:
cam
full exhaust
cdi
piston

I have a 14:1 Baldwin piston, that came out of Upperman's race quad. Only ran for 1 moto. Needs rings, wristpin, and clips. $50 shipped.
