swingarm issue

I have a houser 250r frame with yz426 engine. (no link swingarm).

The problem is that there is alot of play where the swingarm attaches at the motor and frame. Can anyone help me on this?? Not sure if i am missing a spacer or something like that.

there is suppose to be thick flat washers that they send with it.

There should be some thick cuped washers that go between the frame and swinger.
