sprocket help fast plz!

are honda 300ex 400ex and 450r rear sprockets all interchangable? need help fast because I have a brand new sprocket for a 300ex, and i need to know if i need to order one. thanks

No each one is independant of its own bike.

I just tried it before I placed my order and a 300ex and 400ex sprocket fits perfect! where did you get that information from?

i have a 400 as well as a 450 and they will not work on one another. I was hoping to get lucky when i dropped a tooth in the front but I wasnt that lucky.

Yeah I dont think the fronts do work on each but I was thinking the rears were the same. I still have my old 400ex sprocket I'll look at it compared to my 450r one I took off this year and see if they are the same. I thought they were but I may be wrong.

i think in his post he is talking about the rear if you read his first post . and yes all of the rears will work 300ex 400ex 450r hondas

The year matters for 400ex front sprockets. They changed the countershaft splines when they added reverse.
