Who is Ralph for QOTM

I won QOTM this month and an admin told me to send my info to Ralph. Well thats all he said and he hasnt replied to any of my emails.

Does anybody know what ralph he was talking about?

Go to Bling Star Quad of the month section, and " Ralph " has the top two sticky"s

Don't get your hopes up, the deal fell through with Blingstar and I never received anything. Ralph said he'd send a tshirt and it's been about 5 months and no shirt.
