Raptor 660 not starting?

I know this isn't the Raptor 660 section but I figured I could get some input. It has sat for a while, so I cleaned the carbs but it wont start. Have compression and spark. Looked like fuel was coming out of the headpipe at one point. Any ideas on what my problem could be. Spring is here and I want to ride!

does it try to start or just crank? i used to have a 660 and after sitting for a few months it wouldnt start. i cleaned the carb still wouldnt start. my problem was i could not get the jets clean enough. bought new jets fired right up.
