Coolant leaking

Easy question.... Do i have to take off the side case to replace the seals in the water pump? or can i do it from the water pump cover?i have propeller off but cant get that seal out. need advice please.....

Side cover comes off. Super easy to do.

i took the side cover off mine and replaced the seal but is still leaking. what do you think i should do?

80% of ppl put the seal in backwards which leads to the same prb. more leaking
