Tecate 3

Do any of you like the old tecate 3's or 4's. Heres an old Tecate 3 I found on the inernet, some of you may have already seen it but I think it's cool!!!:cool:

My brother used to have an 88 tecate 4. I think all it had was fmf pipe and silencer, but that thing flew. He had it doing 80 down the road one time and he wasnt quite topped out.

Take a look in the latest 4-Wheel ATV Action on page 26. It's supposedly a new Tecate 650 v-twin prototype for 2003.

my cuz has a 86' tecate 3. He's working on it right now. Painting the frame, and rebuiling the motor. It's a total rebuild. He had it running for a while, and it would go. And for 250 bucks not bad deal.

my neighbor whos got a banshee had one. he said it was practically a death trap it went so fast. said you just held the throttle down & the front end slowly raised up, said it was hard to keep down & he didnt feel like gettin a swing arm so nows hes got his shee. o yea, it was a 3wheeler

Wasn't the tecate 3 supposed to be faster than the atc250r? Seems like I read that in a magazine once. I think there are a couple of tecate4s on ebay right now.
