was ridin yesterday and hit a log in a trail, sent me forward quite a bit, but didnt think much of it, just took off and kept goin. then i realized when im goin straight my bars are turned to the right. tie rods look straight, nothing looks bent, could it have just knocked the alignment off or something?

when the handlebars are straight ,does one wheel turn in more than the other

when the bars are straight, both tires are turned to the left about the same, so i think they are both outta wack

i have seen spindle ,spindle arm and tierod bent but only on 1 wheel .with only 1 wheel towing in or out. may sound stupid but it seems as if the bars are tweeked

i was thinking maybe the bars to, but could hitting the wheels really bend the bars? and there pro taper thickwalls too, i figured they would take alot more than that to tweak them, lol
Sounds like your steering stem was twisted.

well i just checked out the bars, and when the stem is straight, the bars are sitting crooked inside the mounts, like maybe the mounts bent or something, causing the bars to be pushed. i took the mounts off and retightened them, and looks like there sitting straight, cant figure out for sure until i ride it though.
i hate little things like this, drives me crazy, lol:mad:
