oil return problem

About a month ago I Installed a new 434 big bore kit and new cams. After about a month of riding i decided to change oil. After fill with new oil i realized it was not making its way to the tank. Blew tank out and lines an didnt find anything. Any suggestions may help lead me in the right direction.

PS the kit was installed by a professional shop.:( :( :(

Oil pump probably, you'll have to take your clutch out to get to it.
