race harness worth it???

going to nats this year and b4 i always just fake mounted a killswithc but do they check there or can i get away with it. and is it worth it to get a race harness made with a fan contol switch etc..

yes sir they check it. my buddys ground wire came loose and he had waited close to an hour to go thru tech and when he had to pull his kill switch it didnt die so back to the truck and fix it or no race.

im 100% kick start now removed all e start components. idler gear one way bearing starter motor flywheel gear etc. i sent my harness to a guy in CA and he re wired it and charged me $60 for the race harness labor. if u want a pic i can post one

everything is gone and the only thing i added basides the basic essentials for it to run was key and kill switch. NO FAN NO TEMP/NUETRAL LIGHTS NO TPS NO TORS i cut all the wires coming out of the carb since there was no need in them now. only thing u see in that pic listed is all i have
