i need help

i have just bought a suzuki 250 r and i do not know what year it is but i would like to know what size jet the carb should have in it cuz its blown up and the intake gasket was singed and it has a fmf fatty pipe and fmf silencer so what size should i have??? and is the power valve easy to put back together???

stock main jet is a 240 i believe and the fmf pipe won't need much more than that. i''m running a 250 main in mine. I have a 36tm carb instead of a 34 but that prob wouldn't matter. Get you a clymer manual or do some searching there are some free manual downloads on the net that will show you how to put the powervalve together.
