yfz hesatation

hi i have on 04 yfz450 and from no throttle to wide open it will hesatate and bog out for a second. im pretty sure all the early yfz's had this problem. all my bike has is a full exhaust. intake and 172 jet. i was told that the boysen quick shot accelerator fixes this? oh and also the idle jet is stock

I've got the Boysen quickshot 2 on my bike and i've noticed a difference. I got more bottom end and less bogging for sure! They have since came out with the quickshot 3 which is adjustable so . . .

sounds like jetting try adjusting the fuel screw by turning it out 1/4 turn and see if it helps. also check out the jetting sticky in the yfz section
