swing arm bushings

am going to be replacing the swing arm bushing on my 03 400ex since they are beyond worn out. i have been looking around for a while to try and find tips and trick to doing these since they don't sound too fun. any suggestions, i do have the clymers manual but that doesn't show too much detail.

in theory all you have to do is take the nut off and slide the bolt out but they are usually seized in there. use a lot of pb blaster or wd40. spray it a few times a day if its stuck and then try. what ever you do dont try to cut it in between the frame ans the swingarm. my buddy ruined his swingarm doing this. if you try to drive it out with a hammer be careful not to mushroom the bolt or you will never get it out. once you get the bolt out its pretty self explanatory.
