300ex front shocks for lowering 450r

Has anyone used 300ex front shocks on there 450r for budget flat tracker? also how much does it lower it?

if anybody has tips on tt/flat track racing please comment

i have an adjustable lowering link for sale.i used it to lower the rear when i raced tt a few times. looking for 45 shipped? pm me if interested it was used like 5 times.

I have a rear link and front lowering kit but it make the front really stiff

def need the adjustable rear link in the back, i threw some banshee stock shocks on the front, (had to mill down the ends some) dropped it so low in the back i had to raise it up some, handles 100x better
