250r motor swap

I want to do a motor swap in my trx250r

can anyone lead me in the right direction. Whats the easiest way to go?

the easiest way to go is fix the motor you have or go with a bigger bore or stroke it if you want more power. i have seen people put in 250 4 stroke engines, but the 250r is getting more scarce as the years go on. its gunna take a lot of time and money to get a hybrid to work exactly, not only that, if anything breaks, or messes up, you will have to order 250r frame stuff, and a totally different engine components or pieces. the 250r engine is easy to rebuild and also relatively cheap to rebuild. hope this helps you out or allows you to think about what you might be getting into.
