my local dealer i do buis. with told me to give me the best power increase for least amount of money i need to buy cam head sleve weld rockers. He said this would coast about 600? is this about right or what guys?

I when I did my 440 it was closer to $800, granted that was with a port-n-polish, 3 angle valve job, HD springs, cam, along with the piston and sleeve. I wish I would of done this stroker back then, I know I would have placed better. :rolleyes:
The thing with your local dealers is they want to sell you the parts. I would suggest talking to an engine builder. Explain to them what you want to do. Then they can either build it for you or give you suggestion on what to do.
