your front pattern is 4X144 and the rear is 4X110 so if the 250r is the same (99.99% sure it is) you should be good to go;)

they should interchange. I am 99% sure the 1987 250x is the only year that had a different bolt pattern.

The '87 fourtrax trx250x had a different bolt pattern only on the front rims. The rear rims use the same bolt pattern for all years.
