i just ordered the top end gasket kit but i dont think its what i need what gasket kit or if there is one for this?

you dont need a gasket .. for that picture you have there. just clean it up.. and use some high temp engine silicone. and torque to spec.

Yamabond, hondabond something like that, you can get it at any quad/bike shop.

If your not using any type of sealent......then yes.
