ESR 310 bogging at low end range. Help!

I just recently installed a esr non pv 310 motor, with about 6 hours on it now. The plug is a brownish color. But it bogs/dies down when i give it throttle at the get go....so i slowly idle up until about midrange is when I get the full pull. Help please!

need way more info.. i am guessing your pilot jet is off mabe even your needle and main.. get it jetting properly..
what pipe air filter reeds intake carb etc.....

Sorry was gone for a while, Its a lrd adjustable pipe, PWK 39mm carb, Boyseen pro series reeds (prob need replaced), k&n w/ outerwear, no airbox lid
